6/24/24 ***updated review*** Updating from 1 star to 4 star. I got a call from Christine (or Christina) Being apologetic about the situation and trying to make it right. She’s usually the one I deal with at the front desk and is always answering my questions and assisting when she can. The last 2 visits I had, she wasn’t there unfortunately. The only reason I’m adding these stars is because of her and her willingness to make it right. She acknowledged the office and staffs mistake. I really hope it is a more positive experience moving forward. 6/20/24 : Extremely disappointed with the service here. Not only Is the office so unorganized and unprofessional, the treatment of dental care is horrible. I was so excited to get Invisalign, i started the progress months ago. Got my Wisdom teeth removed, with no issues to begin the process but of course; the ortho is only in office a few days out of the month so For that reason, I have to work around his schedule. I was scheduled to come in to get my impressions almost 2 mos ago , and when I tell you, the assistant that was handling me was incredibly unprofessional, rough, did not handle my mouth with care and completely ignored me when I told him what he was doing was hurting. He had to take my impressions multiple times because he couldn’t do it correctly which kept me there Even longer than anticipated and in pain. After he finally got it right, he took photos of my teeth and face Then scheduled an appointment six weeks after (Since it takes about this time to receive the trays) to insert them. Mind you, I had to pay over a grand out of pocket to order them in advance. A couple of days before my next appt, I get a call to cancel my bonding appt and instead re-schedule to take photos because “they didn’t have any of my teeth” and they need them to order the trays. (Which should have been received by now) At this point, I’m so confused because I had already taken photos and this is a last-minute change. You mean to tell me, you just realized no photos were on file for my appt in 2 days???? Here I am expecting and excited to finally get my Invisalign inserted and now I have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks because the idiot assistant who took my photos the last time never uploaded them to my file, and the order of trays was never placed!! Then why did I pay a grand for x amount of trays plus my monthly payment for the remaining?? Why was my insurance also charged?? I should not have had to pay for anything if nothing had even been done. Now I have to wait weeks AGAIN.
